At CarrotKart, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery coverage, timelines, charges, and applicable terms.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India, covering the majority of serviceable pin codes.

All shipments are handled by our authorized logistics partner:

  • DTDC (Primary courier partner)

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on location, serviceability, and operational feasibility.

2. Order Processing & Stock Status

  • All products without a specific availability note are considered “In Stock”.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on non-business days are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Modes, Charges & Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Important Notes:

  • Express Delivery is available only for select products and select pin codes.
  • If Express Delivery is selected but not serviceable, express charges will be refunded automatically to the original payment method.

4. Pincode Serviceability

  • We aim to serve all DTDC-serviceable pincodes across India.
  • Serviceability may change without prior notice due to courier limitations.

5. Business Days Definition

Business Days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and National/Festive Holidays.

6. Delays & Limitation of Liability

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Courier operational disruptions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Remote or non-standard delivery locations

In case of delay beyond the promised Express Delivery timeline, our liability is limited to a refund of the Express Delivery charges (if paid).

No additional compensation, refund, or damages shall be applicable.

7. Order Cancellation by Company

Under rare circumstances, CarrotKart reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Logistics or serviceability constraints

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method and shall be considered full and final settlement.

8. Policy Updates

CarrotKart reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon publication.
