These products are typically returned within a short return window (usually 7 days) and have been used for a very limited period (7–30 days) or sometimes not used at all. They are fully functional, quality-checked, and offered at a lower price compared to brand-new products.
No. Open-Box products are not refurbished and not repaired. Refurbished products are used for long durations and then repaired or restored. Open-Box products have intact internal seals, minimal usage, and are sold in near-mint condition with warranty coverage.

Each Open-Box product is graded (Grade A, B, C, or Used) based on cosmetic condition and usage history. Minor signs of usage may be present, but functionality is always intact.
In rare cases where an essential accessory is missing, CarrotKart provides a compatible replacement. Non-essential accessories may not always be included.
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy. Open-Box products are generally eligible for replacement only in case of damage or defect.
You must raise a replacement request within the eligible window and provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.
