At CarrotKart, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair post-purchase experience. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and cancellations are accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
PART 1 – ELIGIBILITY, RETURN WINDOW & ACTIONS AVAILABLE
1.1 Applicable Products
All products sold on CarrotKart are covered under a 7-Day Replacement Policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or differs from what was ordered, you may request a replacement through the Returns / Orders section of your account.
Mandatory Requirements:- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Shipping label
- The unboxing process
- The damaged or incorrect product
Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of the replacement request.
1.3 Defective Product Delivered
- The customer must first visit the nearest authorized brand service centre.
- If warranty coverage is denied within the warranty period, a replacement request may be raised.
Replacement will be processed under our “Secured by CarrotKart” Warranty Policy, subject to verification.
PART 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN / REPLACEMENT
To be eligible for replacement:- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original accessories, manuals, freebies, and packaging must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery
Pickup & Quality Check
- Pickup will be arranged via courier partners (DTDC / DTDC subsidiaries)
- The product must be handed over within 3 days of approval
- Replacement is processed only after successful quality inspection
If the returned item fails quality checks, the replacement request may be rejected and the product returned to the customer.
PART 3 – CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled only within 3 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Pricing errors
- Delivery delays
3.2 Cancellation Charges

PART 4 – NON-RETURNABLE & NON-CANCELLABLE ITEMS
- Products marked as Silver
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
PART 5 – LEGAL JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the company’s registered office address.
PART 6 – POLICY UPDATES
SadaSiva Santhi Cyber Commerce PVT LTD reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
